The Knowledge Base is a database of over 6,500 answers to questions about computing at Indiana University. Award winning service. VERY useful!!

You can also call (812) 855-6789 during office hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, Indiana Bloomington Time <use the time converter below>) and get a university computer consultant walk you through computer problems. The service is free for IUB students (have your network ID ready before you call).

Another way to get help is searching the web for information. This is very effective too, if you know how to search. There are many web search tools. Here are some useful resources for you:
